The nose opens with smoky barbecue bacon, campfire ash and spent fireworks, followed by dried fruit and sherry. On the palate, strong peat smoke is balanced with wood spice, cloves, new leather and rich fruit cake, with more bacon notes. The finish is long and complex, with peat smoke and ash.
