Berry Bros & Rudd Peated Cask Matured (70cl)

This is a blended whisky made from Scotch single malts, among them Caol Ila and Highland Park, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in casks that previously held peated whisky, which gives the blend its smoky thread. The nose is well balanced, with peat present but not overpowering the apple, citrus, pineapple and cinnamon. The palate is sweet and fruity, with apple and pear, cinnamon and buttery biscuits, and it finishes on vanilla and honey.
