Uberach Paien is a single cask whisky from the Bertrand distillery in Alsace, bottled at 49.2% ABV in a 500ml bottle. The Uberach Whisky d'Alsace range is aged in barrels carefully chosen by Jean Metzger from the most famous cellars of Banuyls. Those barrels held sweet wines for several years before they were filled with whisky.
