Bib & Tucker Double Char is a six-year-old bourbon bottled at 44% in a 750ml bottle. It takes its inspiration from the turn of the century, when food was cooked over an open flame.
The bourbon spends six years in new white American oak in Tennessee, then at least five months in a second new barrel that is heavily charred and smoked.
It is described as having savoury, smoky notes and a very smooth finish.
