Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

A small batch bourbon, distilled twice: first in a column still, then in a traditional copper pot still. The mash bill is 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% barley, and the spirit spends at least six years in charred American white oak. The name comes from early America, where bib and tucker meant the best clothes, worn for weddings or dancing. This bourbon is soft, with fine chestnut aromas. The nose brings leafy mint, maple sugar and chocolate digestive. On the palate there are rounded caramelised fruits and nutty brown bread with a good kick of baking spice, and the finish carries waves of vanilla and cumin.
