Big Peat 12 Year Old is an Islay blended malt from independent bottler Douglas Laing & Co, in a 70cl bottle. It is a marriage of single malt Scotch whiskies from Islay alone. Caol Ila brings sweetness, Bowmore balance, Ardbeg a medicinal, earthy quality and Port Ellen a degree of elegance. It belongs to the Remarkable Regional Malts range and has a peat level of 40 ppm. The palate is rich and peaty.
