Andean Oak is the third release in the Black Bottle Alchemy Series, a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was released in autumn 2022. The blend was finished for seven months in virgin casks made from Quercus Humboldtii, a South American oak native to Colombia. The wood gives a nutty, spicy character that complements the Black Bottle house style.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
