Rum finish
Captain's Cask is a Black Bottle release in The Alchemy Series, combining malt and aged grain whiskies and finished in rum casks. The rum gives it a tropical leaning while it keeps the Black Bottle character. Pineapple, coconut, lemon and vanilla feature in the aroma and on the palate, with tropical sweetness balanced by smoke. The finish carries Black Bottle's smoky character.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
