Black Jack 21 is a Kentucky bourbon aged for 2 years in charred American oak barrels. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The inside of the barrels was burnt beforehand, which caramelises the juices of the wood and gives the bourbon its amber colour and distinctive flavour.
Black Jack 21 Kentucky was made from mash and filtered spring water.
