Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum (75cl, 46.2%)

Black Tot Finest Caribbean is a dark blended rum bringing together rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica. It is bottled at 46.2% abv in a 75cl bottle, and the blend is inspired by the navy rum of the past. All the rum is aged entirely in the tropics, which gives bolder flavours at a younger age. Nothing is added or taken away, so each rum's character comes through. It is meant for sipping and for adding depth to cocktails. The nose is tropical, with pineapple, melon, banana fritters, overripe mango and crème brûlée, lifted by honeysuckle and eucalyptus. The palate is rich, with butter toffee, caramel, cinnamon, baked apple, coffee and dark chocolate. The finish is chocolatey and coffee-led, with roasted banana and a touch of anise.
