Black Velvet 10 Year Old Reserve (1L, 40%)

Black Velvet 10 Year Old Reserve is a Canadian blended whisky in a 1 litre bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured for ten years in selected oak casks. Freshly made base whisky is married with already matured whisky before further time in cask, a method the brand calls Blended at Birth. It is chill-filtered and contains caramel colour. It is made by The Black Velvet Distilling Company in Lethbridge, Alberta. The nose combines vanilla and caramel with a touch of oak, spice and dried fruit. The palate is soft and balanced, with caramel, vanilla, gentle spice and wood. The finish is long, soft and lightly sweet, ending warm.
