This is a 13 year old Glen Moray from Speyside, bottled by Blackadder in its Raw Cask range. It was distilled on 1 July 2008, matured in a hogshead and bottled in August 2021 at 58.7% without filtering or added colour.
The bottling marks The Nectar's 15th anniversary, and only 108 bottles were released.
The nose offers ripe pear, apple and vanilla, with soft malt, honey and light spice. The palate is full and creamy, with sweet malt, toffee, biscuit, fresh fruit and a little woody spice. The finish is medium to long, softly spicy, with lingering malt and vanilla.
