Blackadder Red Snake Raw Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky from a single ex-bourbon cask, bottled in February 2022 at 59.8%. It carries no age statement and is unfiltered. 263 bottles were filled. The nose is spicy, with fresh grain, vanilla, white pepper, citrus zest and a faint sweetness. The palate is powerful, dry and spicy, with malty sweetness, oak and a warm punch of alcohol. A few drops of water open it further. The finish is long, warm and spicy, with lingering oak.
