Blanton's Original Single Barrel Bourbon (70cl, 46.5%)

Blanton's Original Single Barrel is a straight bourbon bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. Each bottle is filled from one barrel, never blended with others, so the whisky in it comes from a single cask. Every barrel matures a little differently, and its position in the warehouse affects the ageing. Barrels from the middle of the warehouse are regarded as the best, and these are generally left to mature for longer. The label records the warehouse, the row and the number of the barrel the bourbon matured in.
