Blanton's Straight From Barrel (70cl, 63.2%)

Blanton's Straight From Barrel is a bourbon bottled at 63.2% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It is filled into the bottle directly from the barrel. The horse and jockey on the stopper are the mark of Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon. From 1999 a collector's set of eight stoppers was produced, each showing a different stage of a horse race and marked with a letter, so that the complete set spells Blanton's. On the palate there are candied fruit and vanilla, followed by a peppery finish with subtle oak.
