Blinking Owl Aquavit

Blinking Owl Aquavit is made in the spirit of the great Scandinavian aquavits, with a Californian twist. The base spirit is distilled from organic wheat and malted barley, then macerated with ten organic botanicals, finishing with a steep in caraway that leaves a natural golden hue. Caraway, fresh dill and hibiscus lead the flavour, with undertones of fennel and cardamom. It can be served chilled as a digestif or used to add character to cocktails.
