Blue Hanger 11th Limited Release (70cl, 45.6%)

Blue Hanger 11th Limited Release is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Berry Bros. & Rudd, put together from older single malts. It was bottled in 2014 in a 70cl bottle, at natural colour and without chill-filtering. It was named best Blended Malt Scotch Whisky of 2016. The nose is refined, with oregano, peach and white pepper over a background of peat smoke. The palate is round and fresh, with cereal, orange, mocha and a smoky touch. The finish is medium in length, with fruity and mineral notes.
