Boann Madeira Cask is an Irish single pot still whiskey, bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle and matured in Madeira casks.
It is triple distilled from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, rye and oats. That mix of grains sets it apart from Scotch whisky, which uses malted barley alone.
The flavour is floral, with stone fruit, a touch of citrus and a mineral note.
