Booker's 2025-04 "Phantom Pipes Batch" is a Kentucky straight bourbon from James B. Beam Distilling Co., the fourth and final small-batch release of 2025. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at 126.4 proof.
The bourbon matured for 7 years, 6 months and 15 days in new charred American oak barrels. The name refers to a network of unused pipes found at the distillery, and reflects Booker Noe's inventive spirit.
Roasted peanuts, vanilla and baking spice lead on the nose. The palate offers caramel, toffee and dark fruit, and the finish is long and powerful, with oak spice and lingering sweetness.
