Booker's Batch 2026-01 'Big Easy Batch' Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 64.5%)

Booker's Batch 2026-01, the Big Easy Batch, is a cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon at 64.55% (129.1 proof), aged in new charred oak for 7 years, 2 months and 15 days. The mash bill is 77% corn, 13% rye and 10% malted barley. The batch is a tribute to New Orleans, one of Booker Noe's favourite cities. His son Fred Noe recalls that it was the Lucky Dog street cart, not the grand restaurants, that won Booker over. The barrels come from five production dates and were aged in five different warehouses. Deep amber in colour, it has vanilla and spices on the nose, a big, bold palate and a long finish.
