Booker's Bourbon 7 Year Old Small Batch

Booker's is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon from the Jim Beam family, shaped by Booker Noe, grandson of Jim Beam. This bottling is seven years old. It matured in fresh American white oak casks, from a mash bill of corn, rye and malted barley. It is bottled without chill filtration and without added colour. The nose brings creamy toffee, bourbon vanilla and honey, with roasted hazelnut and cinnamon. On the palate are ripe pear, caramelised brown sugar and firm oak, with soft caramel and runny honey. The finish carries cinnamon and spiced wood, then toffee, vanilla and a little liquorice.
