Booker's Bourbon Batch 2023-01 'Charlie's Batch' (75cl, 63.3%)

This is a batch of Booker's Bourbon, the first release of the 2023 collection, known as Batch 2023-01 or Charlie's Batch. It is named in honour of Charlie Hutchens, a longtime family friend of Booker Noe who made the wooden boxes for Booker's Bourbon. It is bottled at 63.3% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The bourbon is amber in colour. The nose is balanced without too much wood, with hints of oak, toasted nuts and vanilla. The palate is balanced with a slight warmth, and the finish is pleasant.
