This is Booker's Bourbon, Batch 2026-01, known as The Big Easy Batch and the first release of the 2026 Collection. It was made at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky, and is named in tribute to Booker Noe's affection for New Orleans. It is bottled at 61.9% ABV straight from the cask, with no chill filtration and no water added. The batch combines five production dates from five warehouse locations, aged for 7 years, 2 months and 15 days in new charred white oak barrels. The nose offers vanilla and spices, the palate is big and bold, and the finish is long.
