Booker's True Barrel Bourbon Batch 2025-01E is a seven-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from the Booker's range by Jim Beam, in a 75cl bottle. It is bottled uncut and without chill filtration at 63.15% ABV (126.3 proof), in the style established by Booker Noe. Each batch reflects the natural variation of the barrels selected for it. The nose is bold and warming, with vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, brown sugar, charred oak and light smoke. The palate is rich and powerful, with sweet vanilla, toasted nuts, seasoned oak and spice. The finish is long and full, with oak, vanilla, nutty sweetness and warming heat.
