Boot Hill Distillery – Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon is a pot-distilled bourbon from Dodge City, Kansas, made from grain grown on the Kelman family's own farm. The mash is 51% corn and 49% hard red winter wheat, with no rye. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Filling into new, charred American white oak barrels began in January 2017, and the bourbon was aged for at least two years through the hot summers and cold winters of Kansas. The nose is caramel, green apple, leather, vanilla, cedar and black tea. The palate brings toffee, baking spice, caramel apple, bran cereal and pecan, and the finish is honey, baked goods, herbal tea and oak.
