Borders The Long & Short of It Workshop Series (70cl, 40%)

A limited edition blended Scotch from the Borders distillery in Hawick, released in October 2023 as the second instalment in the Workshop Series. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 40%. Everything was made at the distillery. Two batches of malt whisky were used, one fermented for 55 hours and the other for 150 hours. Both were double distilled in pot stills and matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, then married with single grain whisky made on site. The release was limited to 8,400 bottles.
