Born Irish Stout Infused Whiskey is a flavoured Irish whiskey bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of single malt and single grain Irish whiskeys.
The blend is matured in alligator char ex-bourbon casks and stout casks, then darkened with infusions of chocolate malt, roasted barley and vanilla.
The nose is sweet, with roasted malt, vanilla, rye bread and soft spice. The palate is creamy, with brown sugar, dark chocolate, caramel and tropical fruit. The finish is bitter, with cocoa, coffee, butterscotch and stout.
