Bowmore 12 Year Old Sherry Oak Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Rich sherry, fruit and smoke sit in balance, and the colour is a deep amber.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel, red berries and marzipan. On the palate there are ripe pears, peaches, lemon juice, toasted almonds and cinnamon. The finish is long and spicy, with a warmth of spice and gentle peat smoke.
