Bowmore – 22 Year Old Aston Martin (Masters' Selection)

This is a 22 year old Bowmore single malt from the Masters' Selection, made in collaboration with Aston Martin. It was released a year after their first collaboration, and the 2022 edition was created by Bowmore's Ron Welsh together with Aston Martin's Marek Reichman. The whisky blends spirit aged in European oak Oloroso casks and American oak hogsheads. The nose is heather honey, vanilla and subtle cherries. The palate is sweet, malty and spicy with vanilla fudge, and the finish is sweet and woody with liquorice sticks.
