A 12 year old Islay single malt from Bowmore, bottled at 40% ABV and matured in sherry oak casks.
The sherry casks add a full, warm sweetness to the distillery's smoky character. Peat smoke, sweet fruit and spicy undertones sit in balance, with the Islay style running through it.
It can be drunk neat at room temperature, or with a few drops of water to open up the aromas.
