The first release in a four-part limited edition series from Bowmore, bottled at 51.5% in a 70cl bottle. It was made from hand selected ex-bourbon casks and matured in Bowmore's No.1 Vaults.
The release reflects the vaults' microclimate and the Atlantic sea spray that reaches their sea-facing wall.
The nose offers salted honeycomb and a cool sea breeze. On the palate come sun-ripened fruits, spiced cocoa and blood orange. The lasting finish brings blackberry, sea salt and kumquat.
