Bowsaw Small Batch is a bourbon bottled at 40% ABV. Its mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, and the whiskey is creamy, with plenty of vanilla and honey.
The nose offers toasted oak staves, fresh vanilla and a touch of toffee. On the palate come crumbly fudge, black pepper, liquorice and lemon, followed by a biscuity finish with caramel and more vanilla.
