Braeval – 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Osprey

Braeval Sherry Cask Osprey is a 10 year old single malt from Speyside in Scotland. It was made in copper stills and matured for a decade in Oloroso sherry casks. The name comes from the osprey, the bird used as the emblem of this bottling and associated with grace and power. Cocoa and stewed fruits show on the nose. On the palate come walnuts, dates and allspice.
