Breath of Speyside is a 15 year old Speyside single malt bottled by Adelphi at 58.1% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025, with 677 bottles filled from a first-fill Oloroso butt.
The palate is rich and powerful, with dried fruit, cinnamon and oak, plus a light caramel note. The finish is long and lasting, with the Oloroso maturation adding warmth and complexity without overpowering the malt character.
