Breckenridge Port Cask Finish Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Breckenridge Port Cask Finish is a Colorado high-rye bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. The mash bill is 56% corn, 38% rye and 6% malted barley. The bourbon is aged for a minimum of three years in new, number 3 char American white oak, then reduced with Rocky Mountain snowmelt water. It then spends a further four to six months finishing in Tawny Port hogsheads of varying ages, which add sultana raisin and maple syrup character and soften the spicy edge of the base bourbon. The distillery's own notes describe sultana raisin and maple syrup.
