Brigantia Sherry Cask Finish (70cl, 46%)

Brigantia Sherry Cask Finish is a single malt whisky from the Lake Constance area of Germany, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is made without added colouring. The finish in sherry casks is what shapes it, bringing together elegance, strong dried-fruit character and nutty notes. The nose offers ripe plum and peach, a gentle sweetness with soft malt and a discreet nuttiness. On the palate it is full-bodied and fruity-sweet, with light roasted notes and fine chocolate. The finish is malty and toasty, with a note of baked fruit.
