Brother's Bond American Blended Rye is a limited release that combines the brand's bourbon with a straight rye whiskey. It is aged for a minimum of 4 years and bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl-sized 750ml bottle.
The mashbill is 77% rye, 16% corn and 7% wheat and barley. The brand was created by Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, who play the Salvatore brothers in The Vampire Diaries, and the name nods to their on-screen characters and their friendship.
It is described as full-bodied, with bold, spicy aromas and flavours and an extra-long finish.
