Bruichladdich Eighteen is an 18 year old Islay single malt, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured exclusively on Islay, mainly in ex-bourbon casks with a small number of wine casks, and is unpeated in the distillery's house style. Full-bodied and fragrant, it opens on the nose with honey, butterscotch and citrus orange. The palate brings a range of tropical fruits, with toasted, mellow oak that lingers.
