Bruichladdich Classic Laddie is an unpeated single malt from Islay, in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV. It is a brilliant gold in the glass.
The nose opens with muted barley sugar and a trace of sulphur. With air it moves towards oatmeal biscuit, butter menthol lozenge and hints of macadamia.
On the palate there is light barley sugar at first, which hollows out a little in the middle before turning leaner and mildly grassy. The finish is warming, with light vanilla.
