Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2010 is a single malt distilled from barley grown on eight family farms across Islay.
The barley varieties were Optic and Oxbridge, planted across the island in 2009. The spirit was distilled early in 2010 and ran clean, rich and malty. It was then filled into ex-Bourbon and French wine casks and matured in warehouses beside Loch Indaal.
