Bruichladdich – The Classic Laddie Unpeated Single Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl)

The Classic Laddie is an unpeated Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, first created by Jim McEwan to show the distillery's floral, elegant house style. It is made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled and matured entirely on Islay, beside Loch Indaal. Each vatting is a multi-vintage blend of individual casks, now assembled by Head Distiller Adam Hannett. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The nose is usually described as barley sugar and mint, followed by cut wild flowers and a touch of sea spray. On the palate come ripe green fruit, brown sugar and sweet malt, and the finish is warming.
