Bruichladdich – Laddie 8 (70cl, 50%)

This is an 8 year old single malt from Bruichladdich on the Isle of Islay, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery stands on the edge of Loch Indaal. It was founded in 1881 by the brothers Robert, William and John Gourlay Harvey, and closed in 1929. It reopened in 2001 under new owners led by Mark Reynier, who introduced the turquoise label that echoes the distillery's colours.
