Bruichladdich Laddie Classic is a single malt in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV. It is a vatting of unpeated Bruichladdich malts of different vintages, all matured in bourbon casks.
Master distiller Jim McEwan put it together to show the classic Laddie character. The distillery still works in traditional ways: wooden fermenting vessels of a style developed 130 years ago, slow natural fermentation in open troughs, and a tall, narrow-necked still that is among the oldest in Scotland.
