Octomore 16.3 is a heavily peated Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, made with barley grown on a single Islay estate. It is bottled at 61.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in Bourbon, Sauternes and Pedro Ximénez casks.
On the palate there is plenty of smoke, honeyed malt and roasted grain. The finish is sweet barley with a soft smokiness.
