Octomore 17.3 is a cask strength Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, bottled at 60.9% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition from the 2026 Octomore releases and was matured for five years.
The casks are a mix of bourbon, Sauternes, Ribera del Duero wine and Eiswein. The peat level reaches 132.1 PPM, and the barley was grown on Octomore Farm in Irene's Field.
Tasting notes describe tobacco, charred wood, citrus zest and sweet vanilla, with honeyed sweetness and dried fruit behind the smoke, and a lingering finish.
