Bruichladdich – Organic Barley 16 Year Old (50%)

Bruichladdich Organic Barley 16 Year Old is an Islay single malt made from barley grown under certified organic farming, free of synthetic pesticides and fertilisers. Bruichladdich is open about where its barley comes from, and this series goes a step further. The whisky matured for 16 years in oak casks and is bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour. The distillery was founded on Islay in 1881 and revived in 2001 by an independent group.
