Port Charlotte 10 Years is a heavily peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky, produced, matured and bottled at Bruichladdich.
It is matured in both American oak casks and ex-French wine casks. A strong smoky character sits alongside caramel, orange peel and a salty note.
The nose opens with smoke, oak, vanilla and spice. The palate is full and rich, with creamy vanilla, coconut and citrus, followed by saltiness. The finish is long, led by smoke with a background of fruit and wood.
