A heavily peated Islay single malt from Bruichladdich's Port Charlotte range, in a 70cl bottle. PMC:01 is the first release in which Bruichladdich has matured Port Charlotte spirit in Pomerol casks.
The flavour reflects both the Pomerol wine region that supplied the casks and the spirit's maturation entirely on Islay. It is described as a balance of oak, rich fruit and gentle peat smoke.
