Bruichladdich Re/Define 21 Years Old is an unpeated Islay single malt, bottled at 50% ABV. It belongs to the Re/Define series of aged, complex bottlings from a distillery that reopened in 2001 and has since given its attention to unpeated whisky. The whisky matured for 21 years in selected oak casks, in the salty coastal air of Islay. It is bottled without added colour.
