Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, in a 70cl bottle with the old design. It is matured exclusively by the sea.
The nose opens with barley sugar and mint, then wild flowers such as buttercup, daisy, meadowsweet and cherry blossom, with a hint of sea air. A little water brings out caramelised fruits, lemon drops, honey, tangerine and tablet.
On the palate, sweet oak and barley arrive together, followed by ripe green fruit, brown sugar and sweet malt.
